We built an end-to-end AI quotation workflow for a freight broker handling 150+ email requests per day. At the core of the system are specialised AI agents that manage airport controls, carrier company verification and cargo type classification — replacing manual data extraction and spreadsheets with an intelligent pipeline that routes, analyses, prices and logs every request.
