The right technology for the right context.

Rafiki means "friend" and "helper": someone who supports you, works by your side and helps you achieve your goals. That idea reflects how we work with companies navigating AI: as a close technical ally, not a vendor dropping a solution and moving on.

We are an Italian AI lab and delivery studio based in Milan, working with companies in Italy and abroad. Rafiki was shaped by hands-on experience in data infrastructure, predictive models and enterprise systems, built across real business contexts and operational constraints.

In our experience working in tech companies, we saw a recurring problem: too many AI initiatives stall at the prototype stage. Most AI projects do not fail for lack of technology. They fail when technology is disconnected from workflows, data and the people who need to use it.

That is why we work from strategy to execution, helping organisations understand where AI makes sense and build systems tailored to their real context. Across existing software, internal workflows and new products co-designed with the business.
